We will work with each child to promote health and safety issues, encourage effective hygiene, food safety and dental care, and maintain a healthy environment that is safe for each child.

C Child Protection All our preschools have all-weather indoor play areas, an art studio or an atelier, technology corners and much else; and most have outdoor play spaces and even swimming pools specifically for the younger ones. Our programs ensure that children in our care everywhere have access to the highest quality of international.

S Supervision  Our service ensures that all children being educated for are adequately always supervised while in care, this includes on excursions and transportation. As a service we understand that educator-to-child ratios alone does not achieve adequate supervision. Supervision is critical to the safety of children and helps to protect children from harm or hazards that may arise in their play and daily routines.

H Health and Hygiene Our service aims to promote and protect the health, safety and wellbeing of all children, educators and families using procedures and policies to maintain high standards of hygiene and provide safe food to children. We also aim to reduce the risk of infectious diseases and illnesses spreading and following appropriate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. A holistic and consistent approach to health, hygiene and safe food across the service will help to effectively meet this aim.

I Incident, Injury and Illness  We have a duty of care to ensure that all children, educators, families, visitors, students, and volunteers are provided with a high level of protection during the service’s operational hours. Our Incident, Injury, Trauma, and Illness Policy and related policies and procedures will be followed if a child is injured, becomes ill, suffers a trauma, or is involved in a incident at the service.
